Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or intending to pursue a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health or related field.
• Interest in campus wellness, foodservice operations, and nutrition education.
• Ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Clear reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Team player willing to cooperate with others.

Responsibilities

• Support campus dietitians by assisting in the demonstration kitchen, nutrition projects and education initiatives.
• Participate in campus wellness and nutrition education activities.
• Assist in foodservice operations as part of internship experience.
