Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics required.
• Formal training in aggressive patient management (NCI) within 60 days of placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual nutrition therapy using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP).
• Screen patients to identify nutritional risk via nursing assessment.
• Complete dietitian assessments per risk level after screening.
• Provide nutrition therapy to meet patient needs.
• Lead meal/snack outings, grocery store tours, cooking groups, and life-skills groups as scheduled.
