Qualifications

• Experience with documentation and data entry per DHM 150-24 guidelines.

Responsibilities

• This is an in-office position only under the nutrition program director.
• Determine nutrition risk eligibility and provide individual nutrition education contacts.
• Maintain confidentiality and document services per state guidelines.
• Travel to all sites may be involved in performance of duties.
• Assist with group nutrition education, referrals, and administrative tasks.
