• Must meet Title 22 state requirements for the dietary services program.
• Ability to manage the overall organization and operation of the food service within federal, state and local guidelines.
• Good physical and mental health.

Responsabilités

• Maintains appropriate inventory levels to meet routine and emergency needs of all residents.
• Purchase, rotate and stock all food items and department supplies.
• Utilize or dispose of all food items prior to the expiration date.
• Hire, supervise, counsel and terminate employees as necessary.
• Educate employees in the preparation of medically prescribed diets as defined by physician orders, recipes and meal production sheets.
