• Delivery and retrieval of room service meal carts and stock to patient care units.
• Retrieval of dirty tray carts and replacement with clean carts.
• Cleaning of equipment, work surfaces, and floors per guidelines.
• Process utensils and dishware through the dish machine for patients and cafeteria.
• Restock clean dishware in cafeteria and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, federal and medical center standards and participate in PI activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
