Responsibilities

• Process utensils and dishware for patients, cafeteria, and catered meals.
• Prepare and assemble foods for patients and patient meal trays.
• Deliver patient meal carts and nourishment stock.
• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Restock and clean dishware in cafeteria and kitchen areas.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, federal and medical center standards.
