St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Nutrition Services Specialist to join the Ft. Thomas Nutrition Services Team. The role involves room service ambassador duties, expeditor tasks, nutrition assistance, call center work, and cafeteria service to support patient meals.

Part-time schedule with evenings and alternating weekends. The position emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork, and adherence to diet guidelines and safety standards.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read with comprehension and follow written and verbal instructions.
• 3 months experience including customer service responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers and serves meals to patients directly to patients in a professional, courteous and efficient manner; follows service standards.
• Assists patients and families with meal ordering and diet restrictions and explains the meal system.
• Acts as a liaison between the Nutrition department and nursing units to coordinate patient care.
• Records data for performance improvement monitors and ensures adherence to program goals.
• Performs sanitation and safety tasks and restocks supplies to ensure smooth service.
