Qualifications

• Less than 1 year: Previous internship, co-op, or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant process conditions to help identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct field walkdowns to verify process conditions, equipment status, and operating practices, and the accuracy of plant P&IDs; support revisions to ensure engineering documentation remains accurate and current.
• Engage with operators and supervisors to understand process challenges, standard work, and deviations.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and equipment issues using data analysis and field observations.
• Support execution of small projects, plant trials, and process improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving teams and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in updating operating procedures and process documentation.
• Observe and support Process Safety Management (PSM) and Management of Change (MOC) activities as applicable.
• Present findings and recommendations at the end of the internship
