Job summary

Role Overview

We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across Pago Pago American Samoa. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Provide on-call incident response support
• Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
• Maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
• Strong experience with Nutanix stack
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V

Mandatory Requirement

• Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment
