Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace in Troy is seeking a Nut and Candy/Scanning Coordinator to stock nut and candy sections, manage pricing scans, and support promotions. The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and efficient merchandising within a busy grocery environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable transportation, and the ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must pay attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to work with all products carried in the nut and candy department

Responsibilities

• Ensure nut and candy product is adequately stocked throughout the store and adheres to proper product rotation protocol.
• Accurately orders product when needed.
• Scan products throughout the store to verify correct pricing.
• Ensure shelf tags are accurate and price changes are complete.
• Execute merchandising and promotions that meet marketing objectives.
• Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
• Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing products and services of the highest caliber.
• Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service while assisting customers and ensuring that associates are providing excellent customer service.
• Constantly works to achieve optimum productivity and results.
• Other duties as assigned.
