Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood coursework preferred.
• Previous experience with toddlers or in childcare is a plus.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routines including circle time, meals, nap time, and transitions.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for toddlers.
• Monitor and supervise children to ensure their health, safety, and well-being at all times.
• Communicate openly and positively with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and child progress.
• Assist with diapering, potty training, and other personal care needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom space.
