St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is seeking a Part‑Time Teacher Assistant to join our faith‑filled early childhood education team in Tarpon Springs, FL.

You will help create a warm, nurturing learning environment for young children and support daily classroom routines. Ideal candidates bring experience with young children, CPR/First Aid certification, and DCF 40 clock hours, and are ready to participate actively in classroom activities while upholding Catholic values and state licensing

Qualifications

• Experience with young children in educational settings.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• DCF 40 clock hours certification completed.
• Must actively participate in classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission and Catholic values of the center.
• Assist Lead Teacher with daily activities and routines.
• Create a safe, clean, welcoming learning environment.
• Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
• Maintain open communication with staff and families.
• Follow licensing, health, and safety regulations.
