Victory Christian Center Inc. is seeking a Staff Care Teacher for our Tulsa daycare. The role focuses on supervising children, guiding activities, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment aligned with Christian values.

You will support curriculum implementation, coordinate with families, and uphold confidentiality and professional standards. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, native English proficiency or TOEFL, strong communication skills, and knowledge of child

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (minimum).
• Maintains and demonstrates a mature Christian lifestyle consistent with church teachings. Native English speaker (or TOEFL proficiency).
• Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of child cognitive, social, and skills development; knowledge of play, reading, and quiet-time activities for children.
• Child supervision skills.
• Ability to provide basic nutrition and hygiene services for infants and young children.
• Knowledge of child care facility, services and licensure requirements; ability to provide a supportive environment.
