Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively engage children throughout daily activities.

• Assist with educational, recreational, and enrichment activities.
• Support reading, homework, and skill-building exercises.

• Observe and document behaviors, incidents, and developmental progress.
• Report concerns regarding child safety, health, or behavior to supervisors.

• Collaborate effectively with staff, families, and other professionals.
• Follow all childcare, safety, and supervision procedures.
