Mayfield Childcare Limited is seeking a Casual Educator for our Seaford Centre to support a nurturing early education environment. You will engage with children, support the curriculum, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure safety and learning outcomes.

You will work flexible shifts, hold an ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or Diploma in ECEC) and have WWCC. Training in protective standards is encouraged and supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III or Diploma in ECEC (ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Valid WWCC (Working With Children Check).
• Training in Child Protection / Red Nose / Food Safety (or willing to obtain).
• Knowledge of NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure child safety and wellbeing through active supervision.
• Collaborate with team on age-appropriate curriculum delivery.
• Provide personalised attention addressing diverse learning needs.
• Guide behaviour with positive reinforcement for social and emotional development.
• Maintain open communication with parents about progress and concerns.
• Attend team meetings to support a cohesive educational approach.
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere respectful of diverse backgrounds.
