Silver Birch Living on Cook Rd. in Fort Wayne seeks a Director of Nursing & Wellness to lead our clinical team and champion resident care.

You will oversee wellness programs, ensure state regulatory compliance, and shape the daily experience of our residents while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Indiana nursing license with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team.
• Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Flexible schedule in evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
