• Graduate of accredited nursing program; bachelor preferred within 3 years of hire date.
• Three (3) years of recent clinical experience.
• Current TN state registered nurse license.

• Communicates between nursing unit, medical staff and ancillary departments.
• Establishes unit goals aligned with facility and system.
• Promotes a safe environment and evidence-based patient care.
• Protects patient confidentiality in professional communications.
• Supervises and evaluates nursing interventions and documentation.
• Demonstrates competence in age-specific patient care needs.
• Supports professional development through education and participation in meetings.
