Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalency.
• Excellent typing and computer skills.
• Two years’ experience as a Unit Secretary in a similar setting preferred.
• English proficiency required; NYS C.N.A. certificate required.

Responsabilités

• Performs receptionist and clerical duties for the unit.
• Handle heavy phone volume in a multi-tasking environment.
• Receive and direct residents, staff and visitors professionally.
• Maintain resident charts and coordinate with medical records.
• Prepare and file unit forms, schedules and reports.
