Job summary
Legacy Healthcare LLC in South Dakota, Redfield, seeks an RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead nursing care on the assigned unit and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and operation to ensure guests receive quality care 24 hours a day.
You will help with staffing needs, including filling in as a floor nurse and coordinating breaks for floor nurses and CNAs to meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN or LPN with Unit Manager responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) in planning, development and overall operation of the assigned unit.
- Ensure adequate staffing on the assigned unit at all times including filling in as a floor Nurse and coordinating floor Nurse and CNA breaks.
