Providence Swedish Issaquah is seeking a Nursing Services Manager to lead a group of patient care units. You will oversee clinical and operational activities across units in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with physicians, nurses, and support staff to sustain high quality patient care, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Washington Registered Nurse License at time of hire.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) at time of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in a related clinical nursing area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical and operational activities of nursing units.
• Ensure care aligns with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision, and values.
