Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Washington RN License upon hire.
• Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably ambulatory.
• Experience delegating nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows to ensure efficient, safe patient care.
• Lead clinical staff to improve quality and skill levels and ensure timely services.
• Collaborate with physicians on nursing practice within the department.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
