Required qualifications include a BSN, Washington RN license, and BLS; 3 years of recent nursing leadership experience. A Master's degree and first-line management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in BSN or ADN with commitment to obtain BSN within two years of hire.
• Washington RN License required upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manager is accountable for overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units.
• Responsible for all clinical and operational activities of the units in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision and values.
