Job summary

Green Acres Healthcare is seeking a dedicated LPN or RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and ensure residents receive high-quality, personalized care. This leadership role combines hands-on nursing with staff supervision, care coordination, and clinical oversight.

The Unit Manager will support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, monitor resident conditions and care plans, coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership, and help create a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on the unit.
• Coordinate with physicians and nursing leadership.
• Document nursing care notes timely and accurately.
• Administer medications and IVs per the care plan.
