Qualifications

• At least one year of management experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility clinical systems for quality resident care.
• Delivers basic nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Directs RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality services.
• Works with ADON and DON for grievance resolution.
• Documents nursing care notes in resident charts promptly.
• Administers medication and IV duties as ordered.
• Monitors resident progress and suggests treatment plan adjustments.
• Handles a variety of nursing administrative tasks.
• Performs shift change reports and ensures follow-up.
• Follows procedures for admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assists in recruiting and orienting nursing team members.
• Provides supervision for timely responses to call lights.
• Promotes team environment through praise and recognition.
• Monitors staff schedule adherence and job performance.
