Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, KY is seeking an LPN or RN to join our Unit Manager team. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, oversee care plans, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare or similar EHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors facility clinical systems to ensure quality resident care.
• Supervises RNs, LPNs and CNAs to deliver care per care plans.
• Directs staff and oversees successful unit operations and regulatory compliance.
• Conducts rounds and documents nursing notes accurately and timely.
• Oversees medication administration and IV duties per physician orders.
• Coordinates admissions, transfers and discharges with the team.
