Owenton Healthcare and Rehab is seeking an LPN or RN Unit Manager to supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs and ensure high-quality resident care. The role collaborates with the ADON/DON to address grievances and oversees nursing administrative duties.

Responsibilities include medication administration, chart documentation, and coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges while promoting a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Current LPN or RN license.
• At least one year of management experience preferred.
• At least one year of experience as LPN/RN in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs and develops RNs, LPNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitors facility clinical systems to support resident care in line with regulations.
• Performs shift change reports and ensures proper follow-up with staff.
• Assists in admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Promotes teamwork and recognition among nursing staff.
