Job summary

Allaire Health Services, LLC is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate CNA/LPN/RN staffing, supervise rounds, and support accurate medication administration.

Qualifications

Must supervise CNA/LPN/RN staff.
Monitor nursing rounds to ensure standards are met.
Assist with medication passes and treatment scheduling within policy.

Responsibilities

Ensure sufficient CNA’s, LPN’s and/or registered nurses are available for your tour of duty to maintain quality care.
Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure staff perform to acceptable nursing standards and report findings to the Director.
Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure medications are administered as ordered and treatments are provided as scheduled.
Review medication cards for completeness of information, accuracy in transcription, and adherence to stop order policies.
