Allaire Health Services is seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to join our caregiving team in Vermont. You will oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care on your tour, coordinating schedules and maintaining compliance with standards.

The role focuses on staffing, rounds, medication administration oversight, and accurate chart review, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Ability to coordinate care and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure sufficient CNA/LPN/RN staffing for each tour to maintain quality care.
• Make rounds to ensure nursing staff adhere to standards; report findings to Director.
• Monitor med passes and treatments to ensure orders are followed.
• Review medication cards for accuracy and transcription.

Unit Manager, RN/LPNResponsibilities:

• Ensure that a sufficient number of CNA's, LPN's and/or registered nurses are available for your tour of duty to ensure that quality care is maintained.
• Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure that all nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards. Report findings to the Director.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure that medications are being administered as ordered and that treatments are provided as scheduled.
• Review medication cards for completeness of information, accuracy in the transcription of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.
