Allaire Health Services is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a compassionate nursing team in Morristown, NJ. The RN/LPN will ensure appropriate staffing, supervise care, and uphold high clinical standards in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a sufficient number of CNA's, LPN's and/or registered nurses are available for each tour to maintain quality care.
• Make rounds of the nursing service department to ensure staff perform their tasks to nursing standards and report findings to the Director.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to ensure orders are followed and treatments are administered as scheduled.
• Review medication cards for completeness, accuracy of physician orders, and adherence to stop order policies.
