Job summary

The Hillsboro SNF Healthcare, LLC (Hillsboro Post Acute) seeks a dedicated nursing leader to partner with the Director of Nursing. You will lead day-to-day operations, remain compliant, and ensure excellent resident care across the unit.

You will develop care plans, supervise staff, and drive quality initiatives while solving issues for residents and families. This is a full-time role emphasizing teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• RN preferred (especially with Infection Control experience)
• LPNs may apply
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to keep the unit running smoothly
• Lead day-to-day nursing operations while staying compliant and organized
• Make daily rounds, support staff, and ensure excellent resident care
• Help develop care plans, assessments, and quality initiatives
• Be a go-to problem solver for resident and family concerns
• Keep policies, procedures, and nursing resources current
• Jump in with hands-on nursing care when needed
• Participate in quality assurance, training, and team development
• Lead, support, problem-solve, and ensure great care with teamwork at the center
