Trio Healthcare's Galax Health and Rehab Center in Galax, VA is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to direct daily floor nursing and CNA activities, coordinate resident care, and ensure accurate charting and medication administration.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to direct daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs.
• Must chart appropriately, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Must be able to administer medications as ordered by physician.

• Must be able to respond to emergency situations related to resident and staff safety in a leader capacity.
• Must be able to observe residents, charting and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
