Job summary

Trio Healthcare is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Galax Health and Rehab Center team in Galax, VA. You will assist residents with daily activities, observe changes in condition, and support care staff to deliver person-centered care.

• Assist residents with baths, showers, personal grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Bathe, groom, shave, dress, or drape residents to prepare them for treatment, or examination.
• Transport residents to treatment units, using a wheelchair or stretcher.
• Observe residents’ conditions, measuring and recording food and liquid intake and output and vital signs, and report changes to professional staff.
• Perform clerical duties such as processing documents and detailing residents’ condition.
