Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Unit Manager/Unit Coordinator (RN or LPN) to lead nursing care on the residents unit. The candidate must hold an unrestricted RN or LPN license and have CPR certification.

This role requires leadership, compassion, and a dedication to high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, medication interventions, coordinating physician orders, assessments, and developing care plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Nursing leadership/management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit.
• Provide safe and accurate medication related interventions.
• Transcribe and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and notify physician of changes.
• Develop and implement plan of care.
• Institute nursing interventions to stabilize residents.
• Supervise nurses, CMAs, CNAs.
