Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii State license as Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum three (3) years progressive experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
• One (1) year supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and supervise personnel.
• Participate in administrative and operational management and long-range planning.
• Serve as the manager in the absence of the department manager.
