Job summary

The Queen's Health Systems is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, supervise staff, and support patients. Hands-on clinical duties may be required in line with organizational needs.

The role involves participating in administrative planning and long-range management of units, and serving as the manager in the absence of the department head.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii State license as Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum three (3) years progressive experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility.
• One (1) year supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations and supervise staff.
• Participate in administrative and long-range unit planning.
• Act as manager in the absence of the department manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Hawaii RN license

Master’s degree preferred

BLS certification
