Job summary

Valleywise Health is seeking a Nurse Manager to guide daily operations, promote clinical excellence, and mentor nursing staff across the unit. The role focuses on coordinating care and fostering professional growth to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care.

You will lead evidence-based initiatives, coach staff, and align performance with organizational goals while serving as a key resource in routine clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Must possess a current AZ RN license, a temporary AZ RN license, or a valid compact RN licensure.
• Must be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS on hire; ATCN or TNCC within 12 months; ENPC within 12 months.
• NIHSS certification within 6 months; CEN/PCEN/TCRN preferred.
