• Within six months of hire, FEMA training and de-escalation techniques completed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate clinical services hospital-wide.
• Direct other ancillary departments as needed.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges, and transfers; ensure safe staffing for inpatient units.
• Promote patient rights and act as advocate and educator for patients and families.
• Lead quality improvement projects and collaborate with physicians and leaders.
