Position Summary
The Nursing Unit Secretary II role performs clerical, receptionist, and regulatory duties. This role has the responsibility for advanced unit involvement in projects and house-wide activities. Strong candidates for this position will possess excellent customer service skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, patients, and their families.
This unique Nursing Unit Secretary position offers a 32 hour per week schedule of 4 (8 hour) shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM performing general Nursing Unit Secretary duties with one shift focused on Nursing Unit Helper job functions OR 3 (10.5 hour) shifts. Candidates must be flexible to occasional weekends.
