• Process transfers and discharges using the ADT in the EMR.
• Answer and route telephone calls; manage supplies and equipment.
• Assist with discharge coordination and patient/family communications.
• Prepare discharge packets and maintain unit equipment.
• Greet patients and families; support unit staff with IT/EMR questions.
