Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare admission documents, charts and forms under the Director of Nursing.
• Coordinate with Charge Nurse, ADON and DON for resident appointment scheduling and transportation as needed.
• Answer nursing station calls and assist callers with their needs.
• Assist with answering call lights and locating needed team members.
• Ensure the department has proper supplies and equipment.
