Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Nursing Training Coordinator to support the 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This contingent role focuses on nursing training development, implementation, and curriculum optimization for aerospace medicine programs.

The position requires a nursing degree, 3+ years clinical experience, and active RN credentials with BLS/ACLS. Onsite work with regular reporting to USAFSAM Education Department and HPW leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• 3+ years nursing or related experience.
• Current, unrestricted RN license; education specialty preferred but not required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Applies clinical knowledge to nursing training development and execution; updates materials.
• Analyzes program performance and presents actionable insights to leadership.
• Coordinates scheduling and delivery of healthcare/EMT training across USAFSAM.
• Manages continuing nursing and medical education credits; supports policy inputs.
• Determines resource needs and coordinates curriculum development for HPW courses.
• Acts as SME in healthcare training, data analytics and program management.
• Maintains proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
