Job summary

Mercy South in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Manager - Throughput to support the Chief Nursing Officer by ensuring safe, high-quality, cost-efficient care in Med Surg and Outpatient departments. You will oversee staffing and resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals.

The role requires BSN preferred, RN license, 3+ years nursing with leadership experience; BLS/ACLS/PALS within 90 days. You will collaborate across teams to improve processes and patient care, while Mercy's strong

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current license as Registered Nurse in applicable state.
Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership/management experience preferred.
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, quality and cost-efficient care.
Ensure competent staff in Med Surg and Outpatient departments and efficient resource utilization.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to enhance communication and improve processes across the continuum.
Meet productivity and/or financial goals and customer service satisfaction targets.
