Lexington Health is seeking a Nursing Care Tech to join the care team at Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC. The role provides direct patient care under a licensed nurse, assisting with activities of daily living, hygiene, transport, and data collection on the 7a–7p shift.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of nurse tech experience, and BLS within 90 days. Benefits start Day One and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1 Year of Nurse Tech experience required; substitution rules apply for NA certification.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assists with activities of daily living and routine patient care.
• Transports patients and supports nutrition, hygiene and mobility.
• Performs environmental checks and prepares rooms for admissions or discharge.
• Enters pertinent information into the electronic medical record and maintains chart accuracy.
