Responsibilities

• Document patient information in EHR (vital signs, care provided, intake/output).
• Act as patient/family advocate and relay information to RN or LPN as directed.

• Support department and unit goals through daily actions and collaboration.
• Identify recurring clinical or unit problems and help with solutions.
• Collaborate with staff to provide learning opportunities for team and students.
