• Advocates for patients and families; provides comfort and reports changes to RN/LPN as directed.
• Demonstrates UI Health values; supports quality outcomes, patient safety, and a clean, therapeutic environment.
• Participates in departmental goals and shares learning opportunities with staff and students.
• Identifies recurring clinical issues and participates in problem solving and resolution.
