Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required, with five years of clinical and management experience. Pennsylvania nursing license, CPR/ACLS and PALS within one year are required.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Five years clinical experience including charge or management.
• Current Pennsylvania State Nursing license; CPR/ACLS; PALS within one year.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff on weekend, evening and night shifts.
• Coordinate hospital-wide problem solving and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO and DOH standards.
• Represent administration in policy development and staff education.
