St. Ann’s Community is currently seeking experienced Nursing Supervisors for our St. Ann’s Care Center located in Webster. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, and direct/manage the nursing service of residents.

St. Ann’s Community Offers:

  1. Competitive Salary - Starting at $36.90-47.05/hr.
  2. Full-time hours (Evenings & Night shifts available)

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Performs Management/Clinical Assessments such as assessing residents and facilitates care for condition changes.
  2. Makes general rounds on each unit and evaluates all Residents on resident condition report.
  3. Reports any concerns to Lead Supervisor if needed.
  4. Completes incident reports with follow-up for incidents occurring on shift.
  5. Assists with appraisals of all nursing personnel performance.
  6. Participates in conferences, in-house trainings, and in-services.
  7. May interview applicants for nursing supervisors and make hiring recommendations.
  8. Follows all applicable organizational policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Ten years of nursing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Long term care experience – Preferred.
