Job summary

Health Solutions West, the Western slope’s largest behavioral health care organization, seeks an Intake Clinician in Grand Junction. You will work with a diverse patient population, delivering therapeutic and case management services, discharge planning, and aftercare following hospitalization.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in a recognized mental health field, at least two years in human services, and a CO driver’s license; CAS certification is required. Travel between sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the recognized mental health professions required.
• Two years of human service experience preferred.
• Experience with substance abuse and mental health case management.
• Colorado Driver’s License required.
• CAS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and case management services, including discharge planning and aftercare following hospitalization.
• Utilize diverse treatment approaches with a varied patient population (children, adults, couples, groups).
• Collaborate with Clinical Team and Supervisors to implement treatment plans.
