Job summary

Valley Baptist - Harlingen is seeking an experienced nursing leader to supervise and coordinate nursing staff across one or more units, ensuring patient needs are met and care quality is evaluated. The role collaborates with other departments and participates in educational initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds an academic nursing degree with 3 years of nursing experience and preferred supervisory exposure, plus current state licensure and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP).

Qualifications

• Participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments.
