Job summary

Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Saddle Brook, NJ is seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for a full-time night shift (7PM–7:30AM) at our inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

You will oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, document in EPIC, and collaborate with leadership under the Chief Nursing Officer. Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS (or completion within 6 months), and CRRN eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN License required.
• Two or more years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Certified BLS required.
• ACLS or completion within 6 months of employment required.
• CRRN required after meeting eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct assigned nursing personnel and serve as a resource.
• Provide and oversee nursing care per hospital philosophy and objectives.
• Maintain approved standards of patient care and ensure continuity of care under CNO guidance.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed accurately.
• Promote continuous quality improvement.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.

Position: Nursing Supervisor (RN)

Location: 300 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663

Schedule: Full-Time, Nights 7PM-7:30AM (Includes Weekday & Weekend Shifts)

Compensation: $52/Hour - $67.93/Hour (Based on Experience) +Shift Differential

You will direct assigned nursing personnel, serving as a resource person and consultant. Provide and oversee nursing care, implement hospital and departmental philosophy and objectives. Maintain approved standards of patient care, collaborate with appropriate persons for continuity of care under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid State RN License required

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred.
• BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.
